Fuel Points

Kroger Fuel Points are a part of the Kroger Rewards program, designed to help you save money on gas every time you shop at Kroger stores. Here’s how you can earn and use these points easily:

Earning Fuel Points

  • Every Purchase Counts: You earn 1 fuel point for every $1 you spend at Kroger. This includes buying groceries, household items, and more.
  • Special Promotions: Occasionally, Kroger offers special promotions where you can earn more fuel points for buying certain items or during specific times. For example, you might earn double fuel points for purchasing gift cards.

Using Fuel Points

  • Save on Gas: You can use your fuel points to get discounts on fuel at Kroger gas stations and participating Shell stations. Every 100 points give you a $0.10 discount per gallon on a single fill-up. If you have 200 points, that’s $0.20 off per gallon, and so on, up to $1.00 off per gallon.
  • How to Redeem: When you go to a Kroger or participating Shell gas station, just swipe your Kroger Rewards Card or enter your related phone number before you pay. Your fuel points will automatically be applied, and you’ll pay less per gallon based on how many points you have.

Things to Remember

  • Monthly Expiration: Fuel points are valid in the month you earn them and the following month. This means if you earn points in January, you can use them until the end of February.
  • Check Your Balance: You can check how many fuel points you have on your Kroger receipt, through the Kroger mobile app, or online at the Kroger website.

Using Kroger Fuel Points is a straightforward way to reduce your spending on gas just by doing your regular shopping at Kroger. It’s a smart move to always keep an eye on special promotions to maximize your points and enjoy even bigger savings at the pump.
